Brought IT program back on target and $2,000,000 under budget; meeting the opening deadline. Produced a solid foundation for revenue growth after doubling throughput capacity and automating processes trimming the workforce by 15%. * Eliminated more than $1,000,000 in server hardware & software by virtualizing across Intel, Unix and AS/400 platforms. Consolidated and centralized 80+ distributed multi-system computing environments into 2 geographically separated HA/DR hosted sites. Inspired high staff retention and engagement despite move to outsourcing.
* Led the planning, development and on time delivery of a real-time track & trace logistics solution to 90+ stations in a single weekend cutover – a first within the company. This smooth transition streamlined business processes achieving a nationwide 40% reduction in operations data entry staff, increasing customer invoicing & driver settlement accuracy by 33%, improving customer satisfaction and retention. Personally recognized by the company’s owner and CEO as “providing the model for how projects should be delivered” and promoted to VP within a year of joining.
