* Eliminated more than $1,000,000 in server hardware & software by virtualizing across Intel, Unix and AS/400 platforms. Consolidated and centralized 80+ distributed multi-system computing environments into 2 geographically separated HA/DR hosted sites. Inspired high staff retention and engagement despite move to outsourcing.
* Led the planning, development and on time delivery of a real-time track & trace logistics solution to 90+ stations in a single weekend cutover – a first within the company. This smooth transition streamlined business processes achieving a nationwide 40% reduction in operations data entry staff, increasing customer invoicing & driver settlement accuracy by 33%, improving customer satisfaction and retention.
